 ► Paul R. Fournier- President - Mr. Fournier has over twenty-five years of industry experience in management, marketing, and sales.  He is a graduate of the University of Kansas with focus in business, political science, and psychology. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Institute of Professional Advancement.

The Tacticware Fusion series of management, human resource, marketing, and sales disciplines were designed and written by Mr. Fournier based on development of numerous organizations, brands, and employees. He was a partner in a Kansas City business organization for twenty years before establishing Tacticware.  Mr. Fournier is married, and a private pilot..

► Mike Zakrzewski - Management / Sales Consultant-  Mr. Zakrzewski is a graduate of the University of Kansas with emphasis in business and marketing. Mr. Zakrzewski has extensive experience in the development of communication, sales, and marketing training.

► Karen West- Consultant Analyst - Ms. West is a graduate of Washburn University. Additionally she has extensive experience in commercial real estate, and statistical analysis. Ms. West manages 360º assessments, client surveys, and materials with a variety of clients. 

► Steve Scott- Human Resource Analyst- Mr. Scott provides employee assessments through his contract organization, Professional Selections. His extensive experience in human behavior, analysis, human resources provides a firm foundation in the candidate selection process.
